Federal Contracting Policy By Executive Order

Crowell MoringCrowell & Moring will present a complimentary webinar titled “Federal Contracting Policy By Executive Order: What Does It Mean for Contractors?” The webinar will be Thursday, Sept. 11, beginning at 11 a.m. Eastern time.

Attorneys making the presentation have experience in government contracts, public policy, and employment law will discuss the use of Executive Orders by the Obama Administration and its predecessors, evaluate several recent EOs targeting contractor labor law compliance, including the “Fair Pay and Safe Workplaces” Executive Order.

On its website, the firm says the panel will also discuss potential new EOs on the horizon, and talk about what, if any, measures contractors and other interested parties can take to influence or challenge the substantive provisions of recent Executive Orders.
