Buchalter Welcomes Real Estate Shareholder in Seattle

Buchalter, a national law firm, has appointed Jemima J. McCullum as a Real Estate Shareholder in its Seattle office, bolstering its real estate practice. McCullum brings a wealth of experience across various real estate matters, serving property owners, developers, lenders, and businesses in the Puget Sound region.

Adam Bass, Buchalter’s President and CEO, expressed enthusiasm about McCullum’s addition, highlighting how her expertise strengthens the firm’s national real estate team. “Jemima’s experience in complex transactions enhances our ability to serve clients both locally and nationally,” Bass said.

McCullum’s practice covers a broad range of commercial real estate matters, with a particular focus on leasing, acquisitions, development, and financing. Her clients include developers, landlords, and tenants across different sectors, from office spaces to mixed-use developments.

In addition to her commercial real estate work, McCullum is experienced in finance, representing borrowers in a variety of loan structures, including senior loans, construction loans, and tax-exempt bond financing.
