Even After Contracts, Below the Line Workers Say the Industry Still has a Long Way to Go

“When IATSE, the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees, announced on November 15 that its members had ratified two new contracts, the statement came with an asterisk: A majority of voting members had actually voted against one of them.
