Where are State Liability Systems Heading? Lend Us Your Voice

The U.S. Chamber Institute for Legal Reform is once again sponsoring a survey of corporate general counsel and senior litigators to learn about their perceptions of each state’s liability system. This study, which was originally fielded in 2002 and has been updated 8 times since, has become the primary benchmark that policy makers use as a highly credible source of information on individual state liability systems and on specific elements within those systems. This study is conducted by the Harris Poll, now operating as part of Nielsen.
