Gary Silber Joins Stroock in the Corporate and Tax practices in its New York Office
Stroock welcomed Gary Silber as a partner in the firm’s Corporate and Tax practices in its New York office.

Gary focuses on the tax structuring of various transactions including private equity, M&A, bankruptcy, restructuring, real estate, capital markets and financings. His experience includes advising leading global private equity firms on the tax issues of a range of transactions. Gary’s clients also include utilities, pharmaceutical companies, sports franchises, real estate developers and autonomous vehicle ventures.

Gary joins from Weil, Gotshal & Manges and earned his LL.M. in Taxation from NYU Law School, his J.D. From Columbia Law School and his B.A from Touro College.
