Foley Adds Partner Brent Moreland to Nashville Office

Foley & Lardner LLP has expanded its Nashville office with the addition of Brent Moreland as a partner in its Health Care Practice Group. Moreland joins from Holland & Knight and brings extensive experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and joint ventures, particularly in the health care, manufacturing, and real estate sectors.

His transactional practice includes leading deals involving hospitals, physician groups, ambulatory surgery centers, and other medical entities. He also counsels clients on corporate governance, strategic investments, and public and private financings.

Foley launched its Nashville office in June with a corporate group focused on the health care and manufacturing sectors. Moreland’s arrival supports the firm’s strategy to strengthen its presence in high-growth markets and broaden its multidisciplinary services in the region.

The firm said Moreland’s addition enhances its capabilities in the Health Care & Life Sciences and Manufacturing sectors and supports its long-term strategic growth in Nashville.

Moreland cited Foley’s national platform and investment in high-growth sectors as aligning with his practice and client needs.
