Starting with the USPTO director’s 2022 memorandum issuing guidance on discretionary denial practice and continuing up to the Office’s recent Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, this webinar will give attendees an overview of the latest precedent affecting AIA trial practice from the PTAB and the Federal Circuit, as well as current practice guidance and potential future rulemaking issued by the USPTO.
