Buchalter Welcomes Kendall Woods in Chicago as a Shareholder
Buchalter is excited to announce that Kendall Woods has joined the firm’s Litigation Practice Group as a Shareholder in the Chicago office.

Kendall Woods focuses her practice on construction law, representing owners, developers, contractors, and subcontractors across the nation. She specializes in negotiating construction contracts, advising on risk mitigation, and assisting clients in navigating all phases of litigation and dispute resolution.
Her experience includes handling disputes related to delay and lost productivity, design and construction defects, and wrongful termination. She also has expertise in insurance coverage and construction injury litigation. In addition to construction matters, Kendall has significant experience in commercial and business litigation. She is also well-versed in disputes involving copyright and trademark, aviation, product liability, premises liability, and corporate litigation.
