Buchalter Adds Shareholder Tom Posey in Chicago & Los Angeles
Buchalter is excited to announce that Tom Posey has joined the firm as a Shareholder in both the Chicago and Los Angeles offices. Additionally, Posey will lead the firm’s Labor Management Relations Group as its National Chair.

With decades of experience, Posey advises and represents employers in various labor matters, including negotiations, employment litigation, and management-side workplace issues. He serves clients across multiple industries, such as hospitality, manufacturing, healthcare, construction, entertainment, and transportation.

In his role, Posey will handle high-stakes collective bargaining as chief labor negotiator, grievance arbitrations, unfair labor practice proceedings, and union organizing response strategies. He also guides labor and employment considerations related to mergers, acquisitions, and real estate transactions. His practice spans federal and state court litigation, and he advises and trains employers in unionized environments.
