Bradley Adds Dean Balaes and Grant Williamson to Nashville Office

Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce the arrival of associates Dean J. Balaes and Grant T. Williamson to the Nashville office.

“Dean and Grant’s impressive backgrounds in healthcare and real estate will enhance the capabilities we offer to our clients navigating these areas, and we are pleased to add them to the firm,” said Bradley Nashville Office Managing Partner Lauren B. Jacques.

Mr. Balaes is a member of the firm’s Healthcare Practice Group and advises healthcare companies on how to respond to the fluid regulatory and legal landscape in which they operate. He dedicates a significant portion of his practice to pharmaceutical and medical device product liability, healthcare regulatory matters, class actions and multidistrict litigation. Mr. Balaes is a graduate of the Vanderbilt University School of Law and also received his master’s degree and bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt. He is licensed in Tennessee, New Jersey, and New York.

Mr. Williamson is a member of Bradley’s Real Estate Practice Group, where he provides counsel to clients in real estate, healthcare, corporate, and finance transactions, including commercial leasing matters, secured lending and loan modifications, and corporate formation and management. He has experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating documents and agreements for a variety of real estate development projects and has also implemented real estate policies for healthcare providers. Mr. Williamson is a graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Law and received his bachelor’s degree from Georgia Southern University.
