Arent Fox Adds Bankruptcy and Financial Restructuring Partner in New York
Arent Fox is pleased to announce the expansion of its Bankruptcy & Financial Restructuring practice with the addition of Partner Brett D. Goodman. Brett represents creditors’ committees, indenture trustees and agents, debtors, asset purchasers, lessors, and property owners in bankruptcy proceedings and out-of-court restructurings.
Brett joined the firm from Troutman Pepper and focuses his practice on bankruptcy, corporate restructuring, and creditors’ rights. Brett also defends and prosecutes avoidance actions and represents lenders in the exercise of remedial rights in complex commercial workouts, foreclosures, and litigation. His matters have covered various industries, including financial services, banking, retail, restaurants, media, real estate, mortgage servicing, airlines, aerospace, and energy.
