SEC Overhauls Money Market Fund Regulations
Morgan, Lewis & Bockius will present a complimentary webinar discussing the SEC’s recent amendments to money market fund regulations.
The 90-minute webinar will be Thursday, Oct. 2, beginning at noon Eastern time.
Morgan Lewis says on its website that the webinar will cover floating net asset value requirements, liquidity fees and redemption gates, the regulations’ effect on fund boards, valuation guidance and proposed additional changes.
Panelists will be Sean Graber, David Freese, Jack O’Brien and Christine Nassauer, The moderator will be Tim Levin.
