Buchalter Adds Noel Gillespie as IP Shareholder in San Diego
Buchalter has appointed Noel Gillespie as an Intellectual Property Shareholder in its San Diego office, where he will also serve as Chair of the firm’s Medical Technology Practice Group.
Gillespie joins Buchalter with significant experience advising startup and emerging growth companies on strategic patent portfolio development, particularly in the medical technology sector.
His background includes work with digital health, health IT, medical devices, telecommunications, semiconductor, and software companies.
The firm stated that Gillespie’s expertise strengthens its national Intellectual Property group as it expands. Gillespie said the firm’s reputation and resources influenced his decision to join.
