Perrigo Agrees to Pay $31.9m to Settle US Case on Irish Tax Bill
“Perrigo has agreed to a proposed settlement in a US court case with two Florida pension funds that accused the pharmaceutical firm of concealing a $1.64bn Revenue tax bill from shareholders.
