UI Integrity Update: Effective Compliance, Effective Reporting
Equifax Workforce Solutions will present a complimentary webinar on the continued government focus on unemployment insurance integrity and its impact on employers.
The one-hour webinar will be Tuesday, July 8, beginning at 1 p.m. Central time.
Moving forward, unemployment claims response is no longer an issue of whether or not to protest a claim, but a matter of UI compliance that involves increasing financial penalties.
Updates on the evolving UI system, which places increased focus on timely and adequate claims response, will be provided along with the following details:
