Stinson Welcomes Real Estate and Public Finance Attorney Cody Rogers to D.C. Office

Stinson LLP is pleased to announce that Cody S. Rogers has joined the firm’s Washington, D.C. office as a partner in the Tax Credit Finance practice group. Rogers brings with him a wealth of experience in community development finance and New Markets Tax Credit transactions. He has significant experience assisting investors, lenders, community development entities, and project developers close transactions that qualify for federal and state new markets tax credits and other federal, state, and local initiatives. He has represented clients on a wide array of projects including rural broadband projects, manufacturing facilities, farmers’ cooperatives, charter schools, nonprofits and community centers, children’s hospitals, and homeless shelters.

Rogers’ practice focuses on lenders, investors, nonprofits, community development entities and developers in New Markets Tax Credit transactions. He has significant experience supporting diverse clients with unique funding needs and opportunities.

Rogers is admitted to practice law in Virginia and the District of Columbia. He received his J.D. from the University of Virginia Law School and his undergraduate degree from the University of Utah.
