Since the enactment of the Physician Payments Sunshine Act by the United States, a number of European Union (EU) Member States and industry associations have adopted similar rules or strengthened pre-existing regulations in order to improve the transparency of relationships between physicians, health care organizations and life sciences companies, the firm says on its website.
Speakers will examine the weighted differences and similarities between Member States and the implications incurred.
