Shook, Hardy & Bacon LLP Partner Naoki Kaneko Joins International Association of Defense Counsel
The International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC) has announced that Naoki S. Kaneko, a partner at Shook, Hardy & Bacon LLP in Irvine, California, has accepted an invitation to join the IADC, the preeminent invitation-only global legal organization for attorneys who represent corporate and insurance interests.
A member of the Class Action and Appellate Practice Group at his firm, Kaneko represents clients in the food, beverage and agribusiness; personal care; technology; automobile; and pharmaceutical industries and has significant experience defending clients in class actions and multidistrict and consolidated mass tort litigation. He defends clients in class actions and complex litigation matters involving consumer protection, product liability and breach of contract claims and also counsels clients on and defends against claims involving California’s Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act (Prop 65).
Kaneko received his J.D. (cum laude) from American University Washington College of Law and his Bachelor of Science from the University of California, Davis.
