Neal Gerber Eisenberg Names Mandi Wolfman Partner in Litigation Group
Neal Gerber Eisenberg has promoted Amanda (Mandi) Wolfman to partner in its Litigation & Disputes practice group, effective Jan. 1, 2026.
Wolfman, who has over a decade of litigation experience, represents public and private corporations, particularly in the healthcare sector. Her work includes trial advocacy and disputes between payors and providers. She also has extensive experience in private arbitration and proceedings in both state and federal courts.
Before joining Neal Gerber Eisenberg, Wolfman served as General Counsel for the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services, where she led more than 100 attorneys and staff. Her legal career includes roles at top-tier and boutique firms, and she began her professional life as a social worker.
Wolfman earned her law degree from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law and holds both a master’s and a bachelor’s degree in social work from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is active in community organizations, including the Coalition of Women’s Initiatives in Law, Jewish Reconstructionist Congregation, Unsilence, and Equality Illinois, and she offers pro bono legal support in reproductive health care cases.
