Littler Adds Shareholder Andrew Lichtenstein in Los Angeles

LOS ANGELES (Jan. 13, 2026) – Littler has added Andrew Lichtenstein as a shareholder in its Century City office, expanding its labor and employment law capabilities in California.

Lichtenstein joins Littler from Epstein Becker Green and brings extensive experience representing employers in employment litigation and regulatory matters. His practice includes wage and hour disputes, discrimination and retaliation claims, whistleblower cases, wrongful termination, and trade secret issues.

The firm highlighted Lichtenstein’s litigation and advisory work as valuable to clients navigating California’s evolving labor laws. He has represented employers across a range of industries, including technology, healthcare, hospitality, media, and higher education.

In addition to litigation, Lichtenstein advises on workforce compliance, personnel matters, union organizing, and employment policy development. He also conducts workplace investigations and counsels on risk mitigation strategies.

Lichtenstein earned his law degree, summa cum laude, from Loyola Law School, an MFA from the University of Southern California, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
