Langley & Banack Welcomes Real Estate & Business Attorney Christina Blum
Langley & Banack, Inc. announced today that transactional attorney Christina Blum has joined the firm as an Associate. Blum’s practice includes all aspects of general business transactions, including real estate sales, financing, and leases; secured transactions and loans; all stages of business organization/formation, and other related business matters. She represents owners, developers, lenders, and landlords in commercial and residential real estate transactions.
Her career began in the title insurance industry and has formerly served as claims, recoupment, and underwriting counsel for a large title insurance underwriter. She uses her experience in real estate, business organizations, trusts, probates/estates, and bankruptcy to make complex legal decisions regarding title underwriting of commercial and residential title issues.
In addition to her legal practice, Blum is active in the Military Spouse JD Network, a bar association for lawyers married to members of the armed forces. She is also a member of the State Bar of Texas’ Real Estate, Probate and Trust Section.
Blum holds a B.S. from Elmhurst College and a J.D. from Louisiana State University Law Center, where she graduated cum laude.
