Presented annually by DRI – The Voice of the Defense Bar, the Mary Massaron Award recognizes DRI members who have demonstrated a high regard for diversity and a commitment to advocating the inclusion and promotion of women as well as fostering women’s initiatives and actively promoting positive mentoring relationships with other women in the legal profession.

Ms. Fischer has actively supported and promoted women in the legal profession throughout her career, including serving as a mentor and mentee to other female attorneys.
