Humana and Roche Settle False Claims Act Lawsuit for $12.5M
“Sanford Heisler Sharp, LLP announced that Indianapolis-based Roche Diagnostics Corp. and Roche Diabetes Care, Inc. (‘Roche’) and Louisville-based Humana, Inc., Humana Pharmacy, Inc., and Humana Pharmacy Solutions, Inc. (‘Humana’) have agreed to settle a False Claims Act lawsuit brought by a whistleblower relator (‘Relator’) on behalf of the United States.
