GameStop CECO Named Interim General Counsel
“Mark Robinson assumed the role in June following the departure of Dan Reed II, according to a report from Bloomberg Law this week.A Robinson has reflected the new position in his LinkedIn profile. He has been at GameStop for six years, hired as a senior counsel in August 2015,” reports Aaron Nicodemus in Compliance Week.
“Robinson’s responsibilities as assistant general counsel included his holding the CECO title. He also served as secretary of the company’s audit committee. Reed’s departure as general counsel followed a June 9 management shakeup at GameStop, in which Matt Furlong was named chief executive officer and Mike Recupero chief financial.”
