Frost Brown Todd Names Madhav Srinivasan as CFO

Frost Brown Todd has appointed Madhav Srinivasan as its new Chief Financial Officer, the firm announced Thursday. Srinivasan will be responsible for overseeing the law firm’s financial operations and contributing to its strategic and growth initiatives.

Srinivasan brings extensive experience in legal and corporate finance, most recently serving as CFO at an Am Law 50 firm. His previous roles included leading global finance operations, optimizing tax structures, and implementing business intelligence systems.

In addition to his leadership background, Srinivasan is recognized in the legal industry as a thought leader in law firm management. His work has been featured in legal and business publications, including The American Lawyer, Law.com, and

Bloomberg Law. He has also spoken at industry events such as SXSW and the Thomson Reuters COO/CFO Forum.

Srinivasan has served in academic roles, including as a visiting professor at the Wharton School and as an adjunct faculty member at Columbia University and the University of Texas law schools.
