MDO Partners to Present on FCPA at SCCE Miami Regional Compliance & Ethics Conference
MDO Partners will participate at the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE) Miami Regional Compliance & Ethics Conference, taking place Friday, May 5, 2017 at the Hilton Miami Downtown (1601 Biscayne Boulevard, Miami, FL 33132). Managing Partner Richard Montes de Oca and Ana-Paola Capaldo, Associate General Counsel for Global Ethics and Compliance at Laureate Education, Inc., will discuss “FCPA Enforcement” from 9:45 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.
The presentation will cover the scope of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), including methods for addressing organizational compliance risks and best practices for managing FCPA risks in global organizations.
