Former Kontoor Brands General Counsel Hired by Fashion Company Express Inc.
“Former Kontoor Brands NYSE. KTB Vice President and General Counsel Laurel Krueger has landed with another clothing company. a fashion retailer based in Columbus, Ohio, has named Krueger senior vice president, chief legal officer and corporate secretary. Krueger became the first C-suite,” reports Andy Warfield in The Business Journals.
“After joining Kontoor Brands in January 2019, Krueger played a key role in the company’s spinoff of the Lee and Wrangler brands from former parent company VF Corp. into an independent, publicly held company. She oversaw Kontoor’s legal functions, including compliance, corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions.”
