EFH Holdings Inc. Reports Appointment of Ken Coulson as General Counsel
“EFH Holdings Inc. (“EFH” or the “Company”) (TSXV: EFH) Board of Directors is pleased to announce that Ken Coulson has been appointed as the Company’s General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Mr. Coulson, called to the Ontario bar in 1989, re-joins the Company after a two year hiatus. As a senior officer of the Company, Mr. Coulson’s compensation includes a grant of 42,000 Restricted Share Units (“RSUs”), made pursuant to the Company’s Share Unit Plan for Eligible Employees,” reports Yahoo in their blog.
” The RSUs will vest in three equal installments on the anniversary of the date of grant. Serge Lavoie, Chief Executive Officer of EFH, said “We are very pleased that Ken has re-joined the EFH team. With his experience and background, Ken is a very welcome addition to EFH’s management team.”
