DAVID ZOBEL JOINS GREENSFELDER AS BUSINESS SERVICES OFFICER

Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale, P.C. is pleased to announce that David A. Zobel has joined the firm as an officer in its Business Services practice group.

Zobel brings an extensive pedigree as a top advisor to the St. Louis and Missouri business communities. Clients look to him for astute guidance navigating specific corporate, financial, and real estate transactions as well as serving as outside general counsel.

Zobel regularly assists businesses with entity formation and restructuring, shareholder agreements and disputes, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, employment matters, strategic and succession planning, joint ventures, and general corporate governance. He also represents financial institutions and private lenders with loan documentation and workout services and clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions.

Outside of the office, Zobel is highly engaged in the community, including past and present involvement with the Olivette Board of Adjustment, the Clayton Chamber of Commerce, the Mizzou Tiger Club – St. Louis and more.

Before joining Greensfelder, Zobel practiced for 12 years at another St. Louis-based firm. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from the Saint Louis University School of Law and his B.A., cum laude, in Political Science from the University of Missouri.
