The data also confirms Cooley as the #1 most active law firm in the US and globally for venture capital and #1 in venture capital deals across multiple sector categories, including pharma and biotech, healthcare systems and services and IT hardware, and US regional categories, including the West Coast, mid-Atlantic, mountain, south and Great Lakes. The firm is also #1 for late-stage deals and #1 for all company-side deals in the US and globally.”
