Cohen Seglias Adds Financial Services and Real Estate Attorney William M. Buchanan to Pittsburgh Office
Cohen Seglias is pleased to announce that William Buchanan has joined the firm as a partner in the Pittsburgh office. He is a member of the Financial Services and Real Estate Groups.
Additionally, partner Christopher Carusone has relocated to Pittsburgh and been named the office’s managing partner. Previously based in Harrisburg, Chris will continue his white-collar corporate defense practice focused on government and internal investigations.

Will concentrates his practice in the areas of bankruptcy, creditor rights, commercial litigation, collections, real estate and litigation. He regularly counsels creditors or interested parties in bankruptcy proceedings, clients who are seeking to obtain judgments or to utilize their collection and foreclosure remedies, and clients who are in involved in contract disputes. Will works with property managers and condominium and planned community associations in disputes and governance issues and has additional experience defending medical malpractice liability actions and representing medical facilities.
A graduate of the Duquesne University School of Law, Will received his B.A. from Allegheny College. He is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Turnaround Management Association, the National Creditors Bar Association and the Allegheny County Bar Association.
