Thompson Coburn on Government Contract Interpretation

Thompson CoburnThompson Coburn has posted a complimentary on-demand webinar on the rights and responsibilities of a federal contractor.

The award of a prime government contract or a subcontract flowing from it is often the start of a long and arduous journey, a journey made possible by unfortunately ambiguous, imprecise or contradictory language in the heart of the contract, the firm says on its website.

Over the years, the courts and boards of contract appeals have carved out a well-recognized set of rules to apply to the thorny contract interpretation problems that frequently arrive. Using examples from actual cases, this webinar will explore and explain how such issues are identified and resolved.
