Brown Rudnick Bolsters IP Litigation Practice in Orange County with Partner David Stein

Orange County, August 18, 2020 – Brown Rudnick LLP added David Stein as a partner in the firm’s Orange County office as a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property and Commercial Litigation Practice Group.

Stein brings over 20 years of experience handling a wide range of complex cases in courts across the country, including trying 15 cases to verdict. He has handled over 100 patent litigation cases spanning a number of technologies in diverse industries, including semiconductor devices and processing, medical devices, sporting goods, agricultural products, retail and hospitality, and various business methods.

Stein has been repeatedly recognized as a leading patent litigator in California by IAM Patent 1000 and by The Legal 500 in hi-tech, electronics, and IT. He is licensed in California and Texas, and he teaches trial advocacy to law school students and for NITA.

Stein earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and his B.A. with Honors from Stanford University.
