Beth Freemal Joins Frost Brown Todd as Real Estate Partner in Cincinnati
Beth Freemal has joined Frost Brown Todd as a partner in its Cincinnati office, strengthening the firm’s commercial finance and real estate capabilities.
Freemal brings experience as general counsel for a national real estate investment company, where she oversaw legal operations for a portfolio of more than 100 downtown parking facilities, 16 off-airport locations, and over two million square feet of warehouse space.
At Frost Brown Todd, she will be part of the firm’s Real Estate practice group, advising clients on complex transactions including acquisitions, sales, commercial lending, securitization, and structured finance.
Her addition aligns with the firm’s continued efforts to expand its national platform in real estate and finance. Frost Brown Todd’s Cincinnati office leadership cited Freemal’s strategic and pragmatic approach as a key asset for clients and internal collaboration.
Freemal has received multiple recognitions for professional and community leadership, including the Ohio Women’s Conference Glass Ceiling Award and the Cincinnati YWCA Rising Star award. She is also an alumna of the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber’s WE Lead Program.
