Felicia’s practice focuses on privacy and technology insurance issues. A skilled litigator, her background includes the supervision of complex cases from inception through trial, and she has worked with Fortune 500 companies to develop nationwide litigation strategies for novel legal issues in the online commerce space. She also advises on matters concerning all aspects of cyber insurance coverage, including incident response and the defense of regulatory investigations and consumer lawsuits.

Josh’s practice includes representation of professional liability insurers of some of the world’s largest architectural and engineering firms. Josh has dealt with claims reaching into the billions of U.S. dollars, and his analytical and negotiation skills have been instrumental in achieving favorable results for insurers and their insureds. He also is experienced in addressing complex cyber and technology issues and has a background litigating intellectual property cases
