Akerman Expands Corporate Practice Group with Partner Timothy Bramwell in Jacksonville
Top 100 U.S. law firm Akerman LLP is pleased to announce that it has expanded its Corporate Practice Group with partner Timothy Bramwell in Jacksonville. Bramwell focuses his practice on public finance and health care finance, including related securities and tax matters.

Bramwell represents issuers, underwriters, trustees, financial institutions and borrowers in a variety of transactions, including public bond offerings and private placement transactions.
Bramwell’s practice previously focused heavily on tax-exempt financings for affordable housing, senior living facilities and charter schools, in particular as bond counsel and trustee’s counsel. Tim’s practice has also included representing multifamily real estate developers in negotiations with their equity partners and lenders and representing taxpayers before the IRS and state and local tax authorities.
