DocuSign meets all the requirements of the Federal ESIGN Act to give customers assurance that DocuSigned documents are safe, secure and legally enforceable – even more so than if they were signed the “old fashioned way” with paper and pen as all DocuSigned documents come complete with a legally binding audit trail.
