Littler Adds Carlos Gonzalez as Chief Digital Innovation Officer
Littler, the world’s most significant employment and labor law firm representing management, has appointed Carlos Gonzalez as its Chief Digital Innovation Officer. Gonzalez, previously the Chief Information Officer at Epiq, will lead the firm’s digital transformation efforts, working closely with firm leadership to implement technology strategies.
With nearly three decades of experience in the technology sector, Gonzalez brings significant expertise in overseeing technology initiatives across industries, including legal, healthcare, and financial services. He has led key projects in cloud adoption, data governance, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and automation, including managing a 340-person IT team at Epiq.
Erin Webber, Littler’s managing director and president, emphasized Gonzalez’s leadership capabilities. “Carlos is a results-driven and solutions-oriented technology leader whose innovative approach will be crucial to shaping Littler’s digital evolution,” she said.
Gonzalez’s past roles at Mt. Sinai South Nassau Communities Hospital and Allscripts focused on security, disaster recovery, and digital infrastructure, reducing risk while enhancing efficiency. At Littler, he will oversee technology functions such as systems, data, infrastructure, and security, and guide the integration of AI to improve client services and firm operations.
“I’m excited to build on Littler’s strong technology foundation and introduce new capabilities to continue evolving our approach,” said Gonzalez.
Gonzalez holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Management from Capella University.
