Katten Welcomes Meredith O’Leary as A Partner in Washington, DC

WASHINGTON, DC — Katten has welcomed Meredith Sheldon O’Leary as a partner in its Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation practice in Washington, DC.

O’Leary has more than 20 years of experience advising companies, financial institutions, private equity and hedge funds, pension funds, and multinational corporations on executive pay and benefits matters. She works with clients on designing tax-efficient compensation strategies, particularly during mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions.

Her practice covers a wide range of executive and employee programs, including equity-based compensation, incentive and retention plans, change-in-control packages, deferred compensation, retirement plans, health and welfare benefits, and fringe benefits.
