McGuireWoods Partner Nicholas Hoffman Joins International Association of Defense Counsel
The International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC) has announced that Nicholas J. Hoffman, a partner at McGuireWoods in Los Angeles, California, has accepted an invitation to join the IADC, the preeminent invitation-only global legal organization for attorneys who represent corporate and insurance interests.
“I am honored to have been nominated as a member of the prestigious International Association of Defense Counsel,” Mr. Hoffman said. “I look forward to building lasting relationships through the IADC for years to come.”
Mr. Hoffman is a trial attorney who handles a wide range of matters, including product liability, mass tort, intellectual property, unfair competition, business tort and other complex commercial disputes. He represents clients in the technology, biotechnology, medical devices, consumer products and entertainment industries. He is part of a team that serves as national trial counsel for one of the world’s largest medical device companies.
Mr. Hoffman received his J.D. from the University of California Los Angeles School of Law and his Bachelor of Science from the University of California Los Angeles.
