Emily S. Horn Joins Bradley as Partner
Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that Emily S. Horn has joined the firm as a partner in the Corporate & Securities Practice Group.

Ms. Horn advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, securities issuances and regulation, the use of Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs), commercial contracts, corporate governance and general corporate matters. She represents a variety of clients, including corporate ESOP sponsors, ESOP trustees, and public and private companies in the construction, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, aviation, telecommunications, and banking industries. Ms. Horn is a graduate (cum laude) of the University of Georgia School of Law and received her B.S. from the University of Virginia.
