Two Atheria Law Attorneys Elevated to Partnership

Andrew represents London and U.S. insurers and focuses his practice on complex technology, media, and cyber matters. His practice includes providing insurance coverage advice, risk mitigation, and litigation management on matters involving data breaches, consumer privacy class actions, intellectual property disputes, and regulatory investigations.

Josh advises cyber insurers regarding coverage for losses and claims arising from breach events and facilitates front-line incident response. With more than two decades of experience representing insurers, Josh’s experience also includes litigation arising out of disputes over the nature and extent of insurance coverage, insurance bad faith, and contribution and subrogation amongst insurers.
