Timothy M. Gladden Joins Davis+Gilbert’s Corporate Practice as Partner

Timothy M. Gladden has joined Davis+Gilbert LLP in New York as a partner in the corporate practice.

Prior to joining Davis+Gilbert, Gladden worked at Rimon, P.C. and Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP.

Gladden’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity investments and securities transactions. He has substantial experience structuring, negotiating, and managing M&A transactions (buy-side and sell-side) across multiple industries. During his career, he has extensively counseled early-stage tech companies, portfolio companies and entrepreneurs on corporate structuring, governance, financing and joint venture. He often works with clients in the FinTech, E-commerce, Cleantech, EdTech, mobile, social media, SaaS, fashion and travel industries. Gladden frequently works with startups and venture funds focused on the future of how we work, live, and care for ourselves in a highly connected and increasingly diverse society.

Gladden earned his undergraduate degree, cum laude, at Hunter College — CUNY and his law degree at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law where he was an Alexander Fellow.
