Foley Deepens National Fund Formation & Investment Management Practice with Addition of Kay Gordon in New York
Foley & Lardner LLP announced today that Kay Gordon has joined the firm’s Fund Formation & Investment Management (FFIM) Practice Group as a partner in their New York office. Kay is the latest addition to Foley’s FFIM group following David Makso also in New York and Gustavo Resendiz and Robert Linnoila in Boston.
Kay focuses her practice on the formation and management of private equity funds, real estate funds, funds-of-funds, hedge funds, credit funds, and venture funds. Additionally, she counsels clients on compliance-related matters involving registered advisers and broker-dealers. Kay also works closely with strategic, institutional, and seed investors and represents clients in investigations led by the Securities and Exchange Commission and other regulators.
